Cara obtained her Master of Social Work from Fordham University and is a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York State. She has extensive experience working with children in school settings, supporting their social-emotional development. As a consultant specialist in schools

Her experience also includes work in both elementary and middle school settings, where she provided direct support to students navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, peer relationships, and school-related stressors. These experiences deepened her commitment to early intervention and reinforced her understanding of how emotional well-being impacts a child’s ability to learn, connect, and thrive.
